Jul 07, 2016 01:43PM. *MAJOR SPOILERS BELOW*. Right. The ending. I understand it, I get it - the entire novel is Briony's creation, Briony's novel. But my head is kind of struggling to get around some aspects of it, and I'm finding it hard to completely reevaluate my entire experience of reading this novel, because the twist is so drastic.
